1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

The product you received is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.
You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns for:

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
Perishable food items (unless defective or expired).
“Change of mind” after delivery.

A Photo/Video showing the issue
Your Name and Contact Number

Our team will review the request and respond within 24–48 hours.

3. Return Approval

Once your return request is approved:

We will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the product back (depending on your location).
The product must be returned in the same condition you received it.
After inspection, we will notify you of the status of your refund or replacement.

4. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or another method agreed upon with the customer.
Refund processing time: 3–7 business days.

Please note:

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
If the return is due to customer error, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

5. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, you may choose a replacement product.
A replacement will be sent if:

The product was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Stock is available.

If the product is not in stock, you may request a refund.

6. Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order before it is shipped.
